Recently, I made a visit to the QX60, and to be honest, seeing this 5-meter car, it is easy to associate it with Lincoln Aviator.
As we all know, domestic luxury brands have always had two camps, and almost no well water does not violate river water. As far as medium and large SUVs are concerned, the first line has Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5 and Audi Q7, while Lincoln Aviator, Volvo XC90, Cadillac XT6 and so on are second-tier. It can be seen that the opponents of infiniti QX60 are mainly two, one is the price for volume, the cost-effective Cadillac XT6, and the other is the Lincoln Aviator that this article will focus on.

As a latecomer, the new QX60 clearly did not disappoint everyone. Its size is very interesting, the wheelbase of 2900 mm is not very long, but the body length has been pulled to 5127 mm, which is nearly 5 cm more than the Lincoln Aviator, and the block is indeed large.
Like the Lincoln Aviators, both cars opted for a suspended roof to create a more stretched body stance.
In terms of design, the two ideas are completely different. The new QX60 is more youthful and stylish, with a stronger sporty atmosphere, while the Lincoln Aviator is restrained and stable, and the business atmosphere is stronger. Put it this way, if you're 35 years old now, driving a QX60 out will make people think it's your car; driving aviator out, others will think it's your dad's car. As for who is better looking, it depends on the opinion.

The new QX60 adopts Infiniti's latest set of interior designs in the world, which cannot see any previous elements at all, and the overall light luxury style, which I personally like very much.
In particular, the center console design has clear levels and obvious division of functional areas. The new central control screen size reaches 12.3 inches, elongated a little, it does not appear obtrusive, nor obstructs the line of sight. The air conditioner panel retains physical buttons and adds touch functions to highlight the sense of premiumity. It's easy to use.
Further down, the gear shift mechanism, driving mode, multimedia control are well designed, and the buttons and knobs are very delicate. These are the places that I think best reflect the luxury of the new QX60.
The interior of the Lincoln Aviator is more like that kind of traditional luxury home theater, leather and solid wood grain, which my dad especially liked. Compared to the new QX60, the Lincoln Aviator's interior design sense lacks a little novelty, and the 12.8-inch central control screen is high with a pestle there, is this really good?

Of course, to buy such a large SUV, space requirements are a must. Both the new QX60 and lincoln aviators feature a 6/7-seat layout. In terms of space, there are no problems with the first two rows, the seats are wide and comfortable, the difference is in the third row.
The new QX60 has a longer body than the Lincoln Aviator, but the wheelbase is only 2900mm, which is 12.5 cm shorter than the Lincoln Aviator. With the second row of seats adjusted to the same position, the Lincoln Aviator's third row will have nearly a punch more legroom than the all-new QX60. Although the actual experience is not as obvious as the 12.5 centimeters on the data, the gap of one punch is enough to make the passengers in the third row obviously more comfortable.
However, it should be pointed out that the third row of seat cushions in both cars is relatively thin and the comfort is average. Fortunately, the configuration did not snub the third row of passengers, and the double-sided cup holder and independent air outlet were not less.
At the configuration level, we compare two models with similar prices. QX60 in the middle version, 2022 2.0T 4WD Excellence Edition and entry-level version of the Aviator 2021 3.0T V6 2WD Premium Edition, both cars currently have no cash discounts.

If it is difficult to distinguish between obvious winners in the static aspect, the dynamic level fully reflects the different trade-offs between the two brands.
The new QX60 series uses nissan 2.0T variable compression ratio engine, which is not to be described as strong. But the Lincoln Aviator is equipped with a longitudinal rear-drive 3.0T V6 engine, which is also its biggest killer, and the power parameter is unmatched by 2.0T. So, in terms of power, the Lincoln Aviator is significantly stronger, which will make the driver involuntarily arrogant.
Of course, the new QX60 is not useless in the dynamic part. If your car scene is mostly in cities, this 2.0T engine with variable compression ratio is also enough, and the fuel consumption is lower. In addition, 500,000 can buy a four-wheel drive version here in the new QX60, and the lincoln aviator's four-wheel drive version is nearly 50,000 more expensive.
How to choose, it depends on your car scene. But let's be honest, the psychological satisfaction and bragging skills brought by the 3.0T V6 are obviously more sufficient.

But the problem is that consumers at this level may not be satisfied with the product itself when buying a car. Just done, maybe not enough. For example, the BBA has brand blessings; cadillac XT6 has outstanding cost performance; Lincoln aviator, the power system can be bragged. You spent 500,000 yuan to buy a car, and you always seem to have to give someone an account. Don't blame anyone, blame this society is too rolled.
However, at present, the new QX60 is only a pre-sale, and it is very likely that a big surprise price will be given when it is officially listed - the so-called mantis catches cicadas, and the yellow finches are behind. So, if you're interested in buying this class, you might as well wait.
