Recently, Aika Auto officially learned from SAIC Volkswagen that the 2022 Weiran will open pre-sale on February 22, and the new car is no different from the previous model in terms of appearance and power, the only change comes from the interior control screen, from the embedded version of the previous model to the suspension design of the new model.
In terms of power, the 2022 SAIC Volkswagen Weiran will still be equipped with a 2.0T engine and provide 380TSI and 330TSI high and low power versions. The 380TSI model has a maximum power of 162 kW (220 hp) and a peak torque of 350 Nm; the 330 TSI model has a maximum power of 137 kW (186 hp) and a peak torque of 320 Nm, which is still matched by a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The new car will be officially launched in the first quarter of this year.
