The significance of the birth of Tesla Cyberruck is to create a high-end performance-grade electric pickup segment, the introduction of electric pickup trucks into the consumer market, Rivian R1T, GMC Hummer EV, Sorod EV, F-150 Lightning and other products are mainly for individual consumers of electric pickup products.
In contrast, the electrification process of China's pickup truck market is obviously lagging behind the world development trend, and many aspects such as design, functional configuration, and power performance are out of touch with the individual consumer market. Domestic pickup truck management policy is relatively strict, the market consumption potential is restricted, the field of electric pickup trucks is not the focus of industry development, new energy pickup trucks are basically transformed from traditional fuel pickup trucks, mainly for postal, airport, mining and other fixed scene industry large customers procurement and use.

Secondly, there are great hidden dangers in the stability and safety of oil-to-electricity models. The chassis structure originally adopted by the oil to electricity is the fuel vehicle chassis, and the battery protection problem was not considered at the beginning of the design, and the battery could not be comprehensively protected, and the pickup truck as an N class car itself was developed and manufactured with lower standards, and the protection effect was even more unguarded. Finally, the performance of oil-to-electricity models will be severely limited. The power of electric vehicle products is mainly provided by the drive motor, the size and type of motor power directly affect the performance, and the oil-to-electric model does not have enough space to adjust the layout of the transmission system, which will often limit the drive motor.
