A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the declaration information of Euler Lightning Cat. The new car design combines retro and futuristic elements, with a coupe sports style design and configurations such as a panoramic canopy and an electric rear wing. It is reported that the new car is expected to be listed as soon as May 2022, with a price of about 200,000 yuan.
In terms of appearance, the new car is basically the same as the previous exhibition car unveiled at the 2021 Guangzhou Auto Show, and the front face design adopts the design concept of the Euler family, with round headlights, futuristic closed grille texture and body line outline, which reveals a sense of technology in elegance.
On the side of the body, the lightning cat is most eye-catching is the slipback design, which creates a four-door coupe feeling. The rear design is very simple, and compared with the previous exhibition car, only the logos of "Euler Lightning Cat" and "Great Wall Motors" have been added. The rear window and roof feature an integrated glass canopy that increases the permeability of the interior. Such a large glass canopy is extremely rare in the current mass production model, and details such as taillights echo the front face.
In terms of configuration, the new car will provide rearview mirror camera, side camera, side radar, front radar, front camera, openable sunroof, side rear window privacy glass, and electric rear wing optional.
In terms of wheels, the new car will be available in two sizes, 225/50R18 and 235/45R19, and there are also a variety of wheel styles. In terms of body size, the new car is 4871*1862*1500mm, and the wheelbase is 2870mm.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a 150kw electric motor. Previously, it was reported that the new car will be equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system and a cobalt-free battery, and we will continue to pay attention to it.
