Subsequently, although it was abandoned by Chery, Kaiyi not only did not "die" because of this, but with the still existing Chery technology and the pro-people positioning given by the "new owner", it even gave it a little "resurrection" taste. Moreover, in order to cater to the popular trend of domestic compact coupes at this stage, Kaiyi also carried out a heavy modification of the original factory on the basis of the new compact sedan Xuandu listed last year.

As can be seen from the picture, due to the heavy modification of the original factory, its appearance can not even see the original Xuandu's face. It is worth saying that from the angle of the oblique rear, it can also be seen that its wide body encirclement still has a real diversion function.

Even the display of the LCD instrument has not been adjusted. However, the original Xuandu is equipped with a racing barrel chair, which is also a modification of the version in advance.
As for the power part, it is not clear at this stage whether adjustments will be made. The original Xuandu is equipped with a Chery Kunpeng 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 156 horsepower and a maximum torque of 230 Nm. This is matched by a manual transmission or a CVT transmission.
I have to say that after the heavy modification of the original factory, it really makes this car more cool, and the modification range is more reasonable.
