On the occasion of the 23rd National "Safety Production Month", Shanghai Metro Second Operation Co., Ltd. carried out an emergency drill of "emergency evacuation of sudden fire in the long section from Songhong Road to Terminal 2" to strengthen the emergency linkage of various units and departments, improve the ability of grassroots disaster prevention and risk avoidance, and ensure the safety of passengers.
In the early hours of the morning, the Songhong Road Station of Metro Line 2, which had ended operation, was busy again. The staff from various relevant departments quickly assembled to simulate the situation and evacuation drill of the subway train being forced to stop in the section after carrying passengers out of Songhong Road Station and driving to the vicinity of No. 4 wind shaft in the downward long section from Songhong Road Station to Hongqiao Terminal 2 Station.
In view of the characteristics and difficulties of rescue and evacuation in the long section, the station responded quickly after receiving the emergency evacuation order in the section, and the stationmaster on duty notified all posts to start the emergency treatment such as the "Special Plan for the Evacuation of the Long Section from Songhong Road to Terminal 2" and the "On-site Disposal Plan for Songhong Road Station".
After receiving the dispatch order, the train driver should do a good job of comforting the emotions of the "passengers" in the carriage as soon as possible, and open the emergency evacuation escape door at the rear of the train according to the OCC dispatching order, implement the evacuation and do a good job of broadcasting guidance, and always pay attention to the safety of the "passengers" in the carriage. The station attendant enters the long section and works with the train driver to rescue, evacuate and guide the "passengers" in the carriage, and uses the No. 4 wind shaft platform in the section as an emergency response escape channel for emergency evacuation and rescue; At the same time, the station also cooperated with multi-department and multi-post joint response to simulate the opening of fire linkage working conditions and AFC emergency mode, and the station volunteer firefighters carried equipment into the end gate to establish a water gun position according to the drill scene, and the station synchronously turned on the accident fan and cooperated with the water gun position to achieve the effect of interval cooling in the form of air supply and exhaust.
All departments responded in a timely manner, cooperated with each other, practiced real exercises, and quickly and appropriately dealt with the emergency response to the preset scenarios, and the drill was successfully completed.
It is understood that this emergency drill is combined with the theme of the 23rd National Safety Production Month "Everyone Stresses Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency - Smooth Life Channel", and implements the principle of "unified command and step-by-step responsibility". Compared with the previous interval evacuation drills, this time the use of the wind wellhead in the long section for evacuation is a new attempt, which has higher requirements for the response speed of station personnel, the evacuation conditions of the wind wellhead, and the stability of the on-site order after the personnel are evacuated to the ground. Next, Shanghai Metro Second Operation Co., Ltd. will further evaluate this emergency drill, sort out the existing loopholes and deficiencies, and effectively improve and refine the on-site disposal and evacuation special plan process based on problems.
This drill not only further improved the tacit understanding between various departments and positions of Metro Line 2, but also enhanced the station's ability to deal with emergencies, so as to ensure passenger safety and operational safety to the greatest extent.
