The practical cases with vivid content and remarkable results fully demonstrate the innovative vitality of the third-level CPPCC members in the process of performing their duties.

In response to the problem of construction waste management in old communities, the CPPCC members of the Beixinjing Street Workstation combined the construction scenarios of "digital home" and "AI + community" to promote the modernization of grassroots governance capacity through digital empowerment, and establish and improve the long-term management system of construction waste. "At the end of 2023, Beixinjing Street, together with the District Political Cooperation Office, the District Greening and City Appearance Bureau, and the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, jointly released the 'Construction Waste Does Not Land' community barge platform, which has become a vivid case of responding to the needs of residents for a better life." Zhu Jiping, deputy convener of the workstation, said.
The conference also invited relevant guests to comment on the innovative cases of each workstation.
