North China Institute of Science and Technology, located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, is a university directly under the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Emergency Management and the People's Government of Hebei Province jointly built a university, the school and the China Coal Mine Safety Technology Training Center to implement a "set of institutions, two brands" management system.
