On February 9, the cover news reporter learned from Geely Sichuan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., located in the characteristic town of new energy vehicles in Jialing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, that there are currently 80 12-meter Geely interstellar hydrogen fuel cell city buses developed and produced by the company, providing transportation connection services for the Winter Olympics in the core area of Chongli in Zhangjiakou.
According to the relevant data of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, more than 1,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will be operated in this Winter Olympic Games, including 816 hydrogen fuel cell buses. "Geely" has delivered 80 Geely interstellar hydrogen fuel cell city buses to Zhangjiakou twice, and has been selected as a special support service vehicle for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics to achieve real vehicle "zero emission".
On January 19, 2022, the Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Zhangjiakou Traffic Support Mobilization Oath Conference was successfully held, and 80 Geely Interstellar Hydrogen Fuel Cell City Buses that had undergone "layer by layer physical examination" successively arrived at cross-country skiing centers, high-speed ski centers, extreme ski centers, comprehensive ski centers and other competition sites to complete the field drills and no-load trial operations.
The "Geely" Winter Olympics support team, composed of 16 experienced professional staff such as R&D engineers, service engineers and supplier engineers, is stationed at the Chongli Stadium Station in Zhangjiakou. The two-month on-site service includes operation driver training, operation inspection and maintenance, fault repair and other support work. Provide an adequate stock of passenger car wear parts to ensure zero vehicle breakdowns, zero complaints and zero breakdowns during the race.
The service support personnel provide exquisite services for the fleet throughout the process, checking, powering on and starting the vehicle 1 hour before the driver enters the vehicle parking site every day to ensure that the vehicle is in a normal operating state until the vehicle leaves the parking site.
