Sugon's vehicle sales in the first quarter were 1089 units, down 50.61% year-on-year, of which the sales of new energy buses in the first quarter were 222, up 1750% year-on-year.
According to the data, Sugon co., Ltd. is a vehicle and auto parts developer, mainly engaged in the production, research and development, sales and related technical consulting services of vehicles, axles and parts, and has developed and listed its own Yellow Sea brand of light buses, buses, pickup trucks, special vehicles and trucks and other different models.
The main raw materials of Shuguang vehicle products include powertrain, body, chassis, interior and exterior decoration, electrical devices, etc., of which the powertrain is the most important raw material in the vehicle, including engine, gearbox, transmission system, etc.; the main raw materials of axle products include gears, forgings, castings, stamping parts, standard parts, steel, brake parts, etc.; the energy required is mainly electricity, natural gas and alcohol-based fuels.
Recently, Dandong Huanghai Automobile Company, a holding subsidiary of Shuguang Co., Ltd., won the bid in the procurement project of 100 10.5-meter pure electric air-conditioned buses and 23 11-meter tourism modeling pure electric air-conditioned buses in Dandong Bus Company, and signed a "Vehicle Purchase Contract" for 100 and 23 pure electric air-conditioned buses with Dandong Bus Company, with a total contract amount of 107 million yuan.
Sugon said that the company will successively launch a series of new products in 2022: (1) the revised N2 and N7 technology versions will be launched in April; (2) in the second half of the year, the full range of gasoline automatic gears, diesel automatic gears and four-wheel drive will be launched successively to further enrich the product line; (3) the launch of the Yellow Sea electric pickup truck at the end of 2022 will further meet the market demand; (4) it is planning to launch a new off-road, urban passenger pickup product.
