From 0 to 24:00 on February 1, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 36 new local cases, including 15 cases in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, 6 cases in Hebei District of Tianjin City, 4 cases in Binhai New Area, 2 cases in Hedong District, 2 cases in Shenzhen City, 1 case in Huizhou City, 1 case in Meizhou City, 1 case in Heyuan City, 1 case in Yunfu City, 2 cases in Fengtai District of Beijing City, and 1 case in Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Recently, there have been local epidemics in many parts of the country, and there is an spillover, and the prevention and control of the epidemic cannot be relaxed. The Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention reminds that during the Spring Festival, the epidemic prevention and control should not relax during the holiday.

First, the first time to take the initiative to report. The public is requested to pay close attention to the domestic epidemic situation, and those who have a history of living in medium- and high-risk areas in China in the past 14 days, especially in Hangzhou, Tianjin (Hebei District, Binhai New Area, Hedong District), Guangdong (Shenzhen, Huizhou, Meizhou, Heyuan and Yunfu), Fengtai District in Beijing, and Hengshui in Hebei in the past 14 days, should take the initiative to report to their communities (villages), units or hotels in the past 14 days, cooperate with the territory to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, and fulfill the legal responsibility of citizens for epidemic prevention and control.

Second, the first time nucleic acid testing. Personnel entering and returning from outside the province must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and if they cannot provide it, carry out a nucleic acid test at the first time, and implement classified control measures in accordance with the requirements of the territory. It is recommended that those who have returned from the area with cases in the past 14 days carry out another nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
