The reporter learned that the Haidian Joy Complex is located in the core location of the north district of Zhongguancun Science City, and at the beginning of the project planning, it introduced the development concept of "industry-city integration", integrated commercial, residential and other functions on the basis of industrial functions, and built three major formats such as Haidian Joy Information Technology Park, Haidian Joy City Shopping Center and Haidian Joy Apartment, to build a sustainable industrial ecosystem, help the urban function construction and industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the northern haidian city, and promote the rapid development of the northern part of Haidian.
Haidian Joy Information Technology Park, with a construction area of 237,000 square meters, will rely on the high-tech industrial foundation of Zhongguancun Science City, conform to the industrial development trend, focus on artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, big data industries, build artificial intelligence basic research and cutting-edge technology platform, promote the transformation of research and development results and innovative technologies here, quickly form an industrial ecosystem and energy field, and create a "city-level all-scenario intelligent application town". At present, the 9 office buildings of Haidian Joy Information Technology Park have been capped structurally, and it is expected that investment will be launched within this year.
