Lin Hang said that at present, the incidence of epidemics abroad is high, many places in China have reported local cases, the situation of prevention and control is still grim, the general public should implement their personal epidemic prevention responsibilities, and enterprises should implement the main responsibilities of epidemic prevention. Do not leave Beijing non-essentially, do not organize non-essential, do not participate in various offline training courses, and strictly implement nucleic acid testing within 72 hours after arriving in Beijing.

According to Lin Hang, Haidian District has sealed and managed Building 7 of Double Elms Xili Community and Building 1 of Shanglinxi District 2, implemented the management measures of "regional closure, staying at home, and providing door-to-door service", temporarily sealed and controlled No. 43 North Third Ring West Road and No. 33 West Erqi Middle Road in Haidian District, and rationally and scientifically delineated the control area around the risk point to further judge the risk.
