In order to better bring the audience an immersive viewing experience, Beijing has built a total of 20 8K outdoor ultra-high-definition large screens to provide event broadcast services, of which the Haidian District Contemporary Mall is the largest, with a width of 24 meters, a height of 13.44 meters, a total area of about 320 square meters, and a resolution of up to 7800 ×4368 pixels.
The 20 outdoor 8K large screens are located in Guorui City Shopping Center in Dongcheng District, Hengtong International, Blue Harbor, Wangjing Fangheng in Chaoyang District, Contemporary Shopping Mall in Haidian District, and Shougang Ersan Blast Furnace Intersection in Shijingshan District.

It is understood that the current 8K ultra-high-definition large screen has been highly intelligent, can automatically adjust the brightness, not only in the daytime sun under the strong light can ensure the clarity of the picture, to the evening can also automatically adjust the brightness to about 15%, so that the video color is more realistic, to bring immersive experience to the audience, in addition to the realization of remote monitoring, control and anti-extranet intrusion, in the minus 50 degrees to 50 degrees above zero can be used normally.
