During the pre-opening period of the village, the advance personnel of each delegation will come to the Beijing Winter Olympic Village to determine the final participants, determine the accommodation location, etc., in preparation for the official opening of the village.

After the number of athletes participating in each competition is determined, the proportion of our officers with the team will also come out, and we will check with the delegation according to the situation of this quota. Who will ultimately accompany these athletes to compete, including how much housing [the delegation] will eventually get in the Olympic Village, can be determined.
For the damage, loss, adjustment of authority, etc. of identity registration card, the staff will re-produce the certificate for the delegations at the certificate-making office in Beijing Winter Olympic Village.
