The three Winter Paralympic villages provide food, shelter and travel services for athletes and accompanying officers during the Winter Paralympic Games. Apartment buildings, fitness centers, entertainment centers, square areas and other areas have been transformed into facilities and equipment and temporary barrier-free facilities have been added; restaurants have re-planned dining seats and drink placements, reserved wheelchair dining areas; wheelchair prosthetic maintenance centers have been used in the square area; barrier-free shuttle buses have been equipped in the transportation field, providing special platforms for the disabled, special parking spaces, and setting up special auxiliary personnel.

The Winter Paralympic Village carries out knowledge and skills training for staff on the Winter Paralympic Games and services for the disabled, and promotes all staff, especially the "frontline" personnel such as arrival and departure, accommodation, catering, transportation, etc., to master the general policies of the Winter Paralympic Games, as well as the basic etiquette, communication skills and service skills of serving the disabled, and strive to create a safe, warm and comfortable "athletes' home".
At present, 48 delegations are eligible to participate in the Beijing Winter Paralympic Games. The Beijing Winter Paralympic Games has six major events (Paralympic Alpine Skiing, Paralympic Biathlon, Paralympic Cross-Country Skiing, Paralympic Snowboarding, Paralympic Ice Hockey, wheelchair curling), which will produce 78 gold medals. On March 5, the day after the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Paralympic Games, the first matchday will be celebrated. The competition lasted nine days and closed on March 13.

In order to ensure the normal operation of traffic during the Winter Paralympic Games, according to the Notice on Temporary Traffic Management Measures During the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games issued by the Beijing Municipal People's Government on January 14 and the Notice on Matters Related to the Establishment of Olympic Lanes in Beijing During the 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games issued by the Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Department, the Olympic Lane Winter Paralympic Stage Roads will be opened from February 26 to March 16, involving 29 roads.
