At the end of December 2021, China Mobile's mobile customers reached 956.892 million households, an increase of 109,000 monthly, and a net increase of 14.974 million for the whole year, of which:
4G customers reached 822.393 million households, an increase of 3.133 million per month, and a net increase of 47.087 million for the whole year;
5G package customers reached 386.808 million households, an increase of 12.421 million per month, and a net increase of 221.805 million for the whole year.
The number of wired broadband customers reached 240.1 million, a monthly decrease of 459,000, a net increase of 29.785 million for the whole year.
Changes in several indicators:
1. 5G package customers, a net increase of 221.805 million households in 2021, an increase of 134% at the end of 2021 over the end of the previous year.
2. 5G package customers account for 40.4% of mobile customers.
3. 4G customers account for 85.9% of mobile customers.
4. Wired broadband customers increased by 14.2% over the end of the previous year.

China Telecom's user development in December 2021:
Mobile subscribers reached 372.43 million, an increase of 490,000 monthly, and a net increase of 21.41 million for the whole year, of which:
5G package users reached 187.8 million households, an increase of 9.04 million per month, and a net increase of 101.3 million for the whole year.
The number of wired broadband subscribers reached 169.71 million, an increase of 390,000 per month and a net increase of 11.18 million for the whole year.
Fixed-line telephone subscribers reached 106.64 million, a monthly decrease of 160,000, a net decrease of 1.24 million for the whole year.

Fixed-line local telephone subscribers reached 47.193 million, an increase of 142,000 per month and a decrease of 146,000 in the year.
