5. Is there a solution?

A: Yes. Take advantage of the "time difference" of the number quiet period provided by the operator. Strengthen the rules for secondary verification of APP numbers, when a number has not been used for more than three months, or when a new mobile phone is replaced, the secondary verification is initiated, and it can only enter after face or ID card recognition. At the same time, if the user finds that the number has been registered in an APP, there is a convenient way to unbundle the original registration information and then register a new user. These two points are not difficult for mainstream apps to do. For non-mainstream apps, providing a number cancellation process should become a basic requirement.

To solve the "broken edge" of second-hand mobile phone numbers, you can't rely on operators, and you can't rely on third-party agencies or xx platforms, you should start from the APP.
