A large number of research surveys have pointed out that the chance of bad breath among mainland residents is about 30%. Especially after waking up in the morning, many people not only feel dry mouth, but also emit a bad smell in the mouth, which can only be relieved after getting up to eat and brushing their teeth.
It is also because of the frequent problems of tone, so many people do not attach too much importance to it.

In fact, there is breath in the morning, most of which is related to breathing with your mouth open during sleep.
In addition, if your oral environment is too poor, there are periodontal diseases, such as the presence of calculus or caries, periodontitis, etc., can lead to breath problems. This is mainly related to food residue residues, a large number of anaerobic bacteria proliferation and other factors, if not treated in time, there will be even more serious periodontal damage in the later stage.
Of course, the absence of bad breath is not only related to oral diseases. When certain organs become cancerous, patients may also have serious problems with bad breath, such as the following types of cancerous changes:
1. Lung cancer
This is one of the most high-incidence and deadly malignant tumors on the mainland. According to the data available in clinical practice, the most typical symptoms of lung cancer are irritating cough, blood or hemoptysis in sputum, chest tightness and chest pain.
However, in mainland China, there are also some lung cancer patients, especially those who have entered the middle and advanced stages of the disease, and the mouth emits an unpleasant odor, which is manifested as a rotten, sour or fishy odor.
This is the case because lung cancer is combined with respiratory infections, and some cancerous tissues are eroded and necrotic due to blood circulation supply disorders, eventually forming an unpleasant odor and emitting with breathing;
2. Stomach cancer
The stomach is one of the most important digestive organs in the human body, but the stomach itself is very fragile and can be affected by a variety of factors that promote cancerous changes in the epithelial tissue of the gastric mucosa, such as chronic stomach diseases that have not been effectively treated, stomach diseases combined with Helicobacter pylori infection, family history of stomach cancer, long-term unhealthy eating habits and so on.
If a person with stomach cancer has a Helicobacter pylori infection, the bacteria can parasitize on plaque, causing the patient to have an unpleasant breath. In addition, stomach cancer affects the normal digestion of food, which will also cause bad breath;
3. Liver cancer
When liver cancer is combined with severe liver function damage, or even after liver failure, when the patient exhales, he can smell a special odor mixed with rotten apples and rotten eggs, which is clinically called liver odor.
The reason for this is that methionine will release a large amount of ammonia through digestion and bacterial action, and produce dimethyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan and other substances, which are retained in the body and will be emitted through breathing;
4. Pancreatic cancer
The pancreas has both internal and external secretion functions, and its internal function is to produce insulin and be responsible for balancing blood sugar. However, patients develop pancreatic cancer and with impaired islet function, patients can develop symptomatic hyperglycemia.
If hyperglycemia is not treated, ketoacidosis may also occur. At this time, the patient's breathing rate will not only be accelerated and deep, but also the patient will produce a ketone odor similar to a rotten apple during the process of breathing.
The point that needs to be emphasized here is that the appearance of tone is not necessarily a manifestation of the arrival of cancer. Because the above types of cancers in the combination of bad breath, often have other symptoms, such as pain, weight loss, fever and so on.
Therefore, bad breath cannot be generalized, and in most cases, it is related to oral diseases. If at the same time as bad breath appears, the body is accompanied by multiple other abnormal manifestations, which may be related to cancer, and it is necessary to actively seek medical treatment for examination.
