Hello, if chemotherapy causes impaired liver function, it belongs to the category of drug-induced liver injury, mainly visible liver function indicators such as transaminases and hebilirubin abnormalities, there will be loss of appetite, fatigue, epigastric discomfort, nausea, loss of appetite, jaundice and other symptoms.
Once drug-induced liver injury is confirmed or suspected, depending on the extent of the injury, treatment may need to be adjusted or discontinued, and symptomatic therapy may be given to closely monitor changes in liver function. Drugs that are routinely used to treat impaired liver function include hepatic amino acids and glutathione.
