It is reported that in the years before Liu's diagnosis, almost all three meals a day were eaten with spicy strips, instant noodles, barbecue, etc. instead of three meals. Under the doctor's detailed analysis, Liu finally took a total gastrectomy, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy.

Do foods such as spicy strips and instant noodles really cause stomach cancer?

In fact, the news report is not rigorous, although poor eating habits do increase the risk of stomach cancer.

Stomach cancer is mainly divided into two types, one is intestinal gastric cancer, which is mostly because of gastrointestinal diseases and worsening cancer, mostly related to bad eating habits, etc., but it takes up to more than ten years of time process, common in the elderly.

The other is diffuse stomach cancer, which is highly malignant, mostly genetically related, and therefore often occurs in adolescents.

The woman on the news is only 16 years old, and it is already advanced, indicating that the degree of malignancy of the cancer is high, and there are no discomfort symptoms for a long time before, and it is obvious that most of them are diffuse stomach cancer derived from genetic factors.

First, avoid Helicobacter pylori infection

Nearly 50% of the population on the mainland belongs to Helicobacter pylori infection.

Once infected, the probability of developing stomach cancer in the later stage will be particularly high, and Helicobacter pylori is extremely contagious, and if there is close contact with the patient, it will be infected with this bacterium.

Second, adjust the dietary structure

If you consume some moldy, barbecue, fried foods for a long time, it will make the gastric mucosa stimulated for a long time, and the probability of suffering from a series of stomach diseases will be particularly high.

For people with chronic gastritis, atrophic gastritis, and stomach ulcers or gastric polyps and other stomach diseases, it is necessary to actively treat them.

After suffering from these stomach diseases, if the treatment is not carried out early, the gastric mucosa will suffer long-term damage, and the gastric mucosa is prone to abnormal hyperplasia, which will develop into stomach cancer.

In addition to this, some bad emotions should also be avoided.

All activities of the stomach need to be innervated by the central nervous system, once the long-term mood is not good, it will lead to gastric dysfunction, which will affect the health of the stomach, and the probability of developing stomach cancer will also increase.
