That evening, the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism and Radio and Television issued an apology statement, saying that the Zhang Shuaifu Museum had improperly planned in the design of cultural and creative products for transportation cards, and that the Shenyang Municipal Cultural and Expo Center, a superior supervisory unit, was not strictly controlled. At present, the main person in charge of the Shenyang Municipal Cultural and Expo Center and the relevant person in charge of the Zhang Shuaifu Museum have been suspended.
