Because he himself thought that he was similar to Zhuge Liang, he changed his name to Neighbor Zhuge Liang, referred to as "Neighbor Ge"! At that time, many people also called him "Little Zhuge Ge".

After that, he made a plan and hijacked a large number of arms for Zhang Zuolin, so he was particularly important to Zhang Zuolin.
During Yang Yuting's tenure, the Arsenal of the Three Eastern Provinces was able to develop rapidly and became the largest arsenal in China at that time. At that time, people called Feng Tiantian "Wang Yongjiang" and Wu had "Yang Yuting", which became Zhang Zuolin's right and left arm, laying the foundation for Zhang Zuolin's dominance.

Although he was well-intentioned, zhang Xueliang, who was young and vigorous, did not buy his account. The Japanese also took advantage of the Zhengyou Party and the Chinese hooligans who were mixed up in the northeast to slander Yang Yuting at every turn and alienate Zhang Yang's relations. They gave Zhang Xueliang a copy of the "Japanese Tales", comparing Zhang Xueliang to The Japanese Emperor Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Yang to the usurper Tokugawa. It is implied that Zhang Xueliang and Yang Yuting are hidden dangers around him and should be eliminated as soon as possible. Zhang Xueliang was caught in the treacherous plan, but still hesitated, and after throwing silver dollars three times to ask for help, he made up his mind to kill Yang.
The rest of the thing that everyone knows is "the Tiger Hall killed Yang Chang and the two people", and the people at the time called this matter "Yang Chang went away". It is very strange to say, before the Tiger Hall incident, the superstitious Yang Yuting also supported the beggars, and the saying he got was: "Chaos is disorganized, and it grows up." At that time, the warlock thought that the slang was ominous and asked him to be more careful, but Yang Yuting still died in the Marshal's Mansion because he was too conceited.
To be fair, Yang Yuting is an orthodox soldier who does not smoke alcohol, has no hobbies, and has been conceited and competitive all his life, and it is precisely this conceit that has led to many contradictions between him and Zhang Xueliang, and it is impossible to reconcile.
What is particularly ironic is that after Yang Yuting's death, Zhang Xueliang, in addition to giving preferential treatment to his family, also personally wrote a pair of elegies: "With the Western Shu Side, he always shed tears of pain for his youth; he was miserable in the East Mountains and zero rain, and finally pitied Uncle Guan for false rumors." The upper link is compared to Zhuge Liang's tear-jerking remarks, and the lower link quotes the allusion of Zhou Gongdan's uncle to express his complex emotions. Looking at shanglian, Zhang Xueliang compared himself to Zhuge Liang and compared Yang Yuting to Ma Chen, while Yang Yuting regarded himself as "Zhuge Liang", and the result ended up in such a fate.

After this, Zhang Xueliang sent soldiers to transport Yang Yuting's coffin back to Snake Mountain Valley Village in Faku County, which is Yang Yuting's hometown. Yang Yuting's mausoleum is located in Snake Mountain Valley Village. The cemetery is built on the yang slope of Houjing Mountain, covering an area of 15 acres, square in shape, surrounded by white stone piles, and the piles are connected by two two-inch thick iron pipes, and the pine and cypress forests outside the wall. In front of the main gate, there is a three-fold four-barrel arch bridge, and on the north side of the bridge stands a heavy eaves archway with a width of about seven meters, carved with gold and silver, glass and green tiles, magnificent and magnificent. A cement archway was built directly in front of it, and the stone pillars on both sides of the archway had two couplets written by Yan Baohai, a cultural celebrity in Faku County. The garden leads to the grave is a green brick paved Yongdao, flanked by a roar of hope carved from Tangshan cotton stones, with pigs, horses, cattle, sheep, deer, camels, elephants and other stone beasts and Wenwu stone man Weng Zhong. In front of the tomb, there is a tombstone inscribed "Tomb of Yang Gongyuting, General of the Army Tomb Jiangsu Province".
Time passed, Yang Yuting was buried only 20 years later, during the 1948 Liberation War, Yang Yuting's tomb was opened, yang Yuting and his father's bodies were dragged out, and the tomb was changed to the tomb of 42 revolutionary martyrs. Later, the revolutionary martyrs were moved to the martyrs' cemetery, and this tomb became an empty tomb, and it actually ended up with the same ending as "Marshal Lin"!
