Recently, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Finance announced the list of skill master studios in Zhejiang Province in 2021, and 4 studios in Hangzhou were successfully selected. Up to now, there are 52 provincial-level skill master studios in Hangzhou.

There are 19 team members, and the team has created a number of high-quality domestic animation films such as "Zheng He's Journey to the West", "Sky Eye", "Magic Wonderland", etc., to cultivate high-quality animation talents in the way of "master-apprentice pairing" and committed to the development of the domestic animation industry.
The Skill Master Studio is a platform led by skill masters with unique skills to carry out technological innovation, skill research and skill personnel training.
Since 2012, the city has closely followed the new requirements of the development of the times, adhered to the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, strategic emerging industries, high-tech industries, traditional advantageous industries and modern service industries as the focus, relying on large and medium-sized enterprises with high technology and skill content, led by a large number of skill masters who have mastered special skills, and fully promoted the construction of skill master studios. Up to now, the city has built 6 national skill master studios, 52 provincial-level, 180 municipal-level, and 473 district, county (city) level, and more than 70 vocational jobs covering mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, automobile maintenance, social services, traditional crafts, etc., and built a multi-field training platform.
