Zhang Hongyan told reporters that the system upgrade of the second rolling mill of Linggang where she is located is about to be carried out, and the practical training of centralized operation of intelligent manufacturing must enter the state in advance. Around The Innovation Studio of Zhang Hongyan Labor Model, 23 innovation backbones, 7 innovation professional groups, and nearly 300 radiation innovation workers have been assembled. In order to give full play to the exemplary and leading role of labor models and skilled talents in promoting high-quality revitalization and development, the Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions has taken the creation of labor models and employee innovation studios as an effective carrier, with a cumulative investment of 85.8 million yuan, supporting the creation of 4658 labor models and employee innovation studios at all levels; the studios have completed 12,000 innovation achievements, of which 8957 have been successfully transformed, 3589 patents have been applied, and 75.6 billion yuan of direct or indirect economic benefits have been created. Different from the impression of traditional labor models, Zhang Guiping Labor Model Innovation Studio, located in the North Software Park of Shenbei New District in Shenyang, stands on the platform of the industrial Internet and looks very "avant-garde". Zhang Guiping, a national March 8th Red Flag bearer, introduced that the studio focuses on cultivating college students, organizing students to build websites for enterprises on the Thousand Household Regulations, building online stores for 10,000 small and micro enterprises, and improving the network viability of enterprises; through the research and development of Shenyang Smart Industrial Cloud and the Liaoning Industrial Map and Production Factor Supply and Demand Platform on the Chain, the digital portraits of 130,000 industrial enterprises and 190,000 industrial products in 14 cities, 100 districts (counties), 24 key industrial chains, and 88 economic zones in the province have been completed. At the same time, the training model of craftsmen in big countries ensures high-quality employment for graduates.

"The innovation studio gives full play to the role of the head goose of 'passing on the help' and becomes a big platform for cultivating rising stars." Zhang Nan, director of the Labor and Economic Work Department of the Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, said that since the establishment of the innovation studio, a total of 150,000 rationalization suggestions have been put forward, 30,000 technological innovations for employees, 12,000 inventions and creations, and 6,320 advanced operation methods have been summarized and promoted. Provincial and municipal trade unions implement target management for innovation studios, and do not engage in "one evaluation forever". Rewards for outstanding contributions will be given financial support ranging from 20,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan for each innovation studio. Innovative studios that work in a discontinuous manner and whose role is not obvious will also be delisted with their names revoked.

For large-scale technical research projects, can we cooperate with the vast number of labor models and technical experts?

All parts of Liaoning have explored the establishment of alliances of labor model and employee innovation studios. Encourage all labor models and employee innovation studios to strengthen horizontal alliances, freely pair up, jointly build and create together, break the administrative affiliation of industries and units, break down institutional barriers, and introduce financial support policies for innovation studio alliances. Not long ago, through the mediation of the Shenyang Municipal Defense Trade Union, 14 technical problems of 8 enterprises such as Shenyang Aerospace Mitsubishi Corporation were "unveiled" by 13 labor model innovation studios other than the Wang Gang Labor Model Innovation Studio of AVIC Shenfei (Group) Company. Xin Rongqin, chairman of the trade union of Shenyang Aerospace Mitsubishi Corporation, sighed that the innovative move of jointly "unveiling the commander-in-chief" to overcome technical problems has helped the enterprise a lot.

A single flower is not spring. The Innovation Studio Alliance amplifies the functions of talent gathering, wisdom innovation, and technology inheritance. Fushun Federation of Trade Unions took the lead in Liaoning Province to set up a cross-regional, cross-industry, cross-enterprise innovation studio alliance, composed of 70 labor models and employee innovation studios at all levels and nearly 500 labor model craftsmen at all levels, deeply promoting school-enterprise collaboration, deep integration of production, education and research, and realizing technological collaborative innovation and sharing of achievement resources.
