He mentioned that together with the International Olympic Committee, the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee will apply the international heritage concept and norms to the actual preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, jointly formulate a heritage plan that is in line with China's national conditions and culture, make the heritage plan more in line with the long-term goals of the host city and regional development, make the implementation of the heritage plan more in line with the actual preparation, play a traction and leading role, and produce long-term impact and benefits.

Wang Renhua said that we have jointly formulated the Heritage Assessment System (KPI) and the General Template for Venue Heritage Planning with the International Olympic Committee to standardize the impact assessment of Olympic heritage and systematically plan the post-game utilization of venues, which have been recommended by the IOC to the future Olympic Organizing Committees such as Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024.
