On May 11, the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum series of activities - Zhongguancun Artificial Intelligence and Future City Forum was held at the Zhongguancun Exhibition Center. Hosted by the Beijing Haidian District Science and Technology Association, with the theme of "Developing New Quality Productivity AI + Empowering High-quality Urban Development", the forum invited academicians and experts at home and abroad, leading enterprises and relevant representatives of new R&D institutions in the fields of data elements, low-altitude economy, and digital intelligence governance, to share the innovative experience and achievements of artificial intelligence-enabled smart city construction, and jointly discuss the future road of urban development.
Fan Bangkui, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Mahatov Porathan, academician of the Kazakh Academy of Agricultural Sciences, respectively gave keynote speeches on the topics of "Talking about Low-altitude Economy" and "Prospect of the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Smart Agriculture in Kazakhstan".
At the forum, a signing ceremony was held for cooperation in the construction of a new generation of digital smart parks. The People's Government of Xibeiwang Town, Haidian District, the People's Government of Hot Spring Town, and Beijing Zhonghai Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Zhonghai Investment Management Co., Ltd. to build a new generation of digital and intelligent park cluster management and operation model in China, jointly build a new form of high-quality development of industry-city integrated operation of the park in the era of artificial intelligence, accelerate the innovation and development of new quality productivity, and continue to inject strong momentum into regional economic development.
The application results of the urban governance model were officially released. Zhongguancun Science City City Brain Co., Ltd. has carried out in-depth cooperation and exchanges with large model manufacturers such as Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd., and has created an integrated tool chain of "training and pushing" on the basis of integrating multi-model systems such as basic large models, industry-specific models and professional small models, and built one-stop vertical large models and agents. The toolchain is known for its integration and ease of use, providing a variety of general model calling capabilities, and supporting on-demand customization and optimization to adapt to various applications. It has an agent visual process orchestration and an extensible plug-in mechanism, enabling users to add special functions or services as needed, which greatly enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the system.
State Grid Beijing Haidian Power Supply Co., Ltd. released the Zhongguancun Science City Digital Energy City Complex. As an intermediate "body" and shared "edge" for the interaction between the new power system and the development of smart cities, the complex focuses on the construction of four centers: data element circulation, energy operation and management, dual carbon monitoring and analysis, and smart city operation, amplifying the effect of "digital boundlessness and light boundlessness", and creating a new regional digital energy ecology with data sharing, energy efficiency, green friendliness, and open interaction.
In order to give full play to the value of power data elements, State Grid Beijing Haidian Power Supply Co., Ltd. established a "city and energy" joint data experimental center, and jointly signed a contract with 14 units, including the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, China University of Mining and Technology, Zhongguancun Science City City Brain Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism in the operation of energy elements, the application research of artificial intelligence power model, the construction of trusted data lakes, and the research of blockchain technologyResearch and application of data elements of "City and Energy".
In addition, Zhongguancun Science City City Brain Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., Aibi (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., China Communications Construction Group Design Institute Co., Ltd., etc., focusing on data operation, and together with the signatories on the stage and ecological partners such as Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Unicom, they issued an initiative with the theme of "leading the high-level application of data elements and releasing the value of data elements" at the forum.
