Each project county makes full use of the limited time in winter leisure to carry out production skills training in each training base. "The first line is on the top", that is, the operation and management training is led by the municipal department, and the project county co-organizes, and the training is centralized at the provincial training base. During the training, they also organized trainees to visit and inspect the leading agricultural industrialization enterprises and agricultural product trading markets in the city and other cities, and went deep into the successful experimental demonstration bases in the province to visit and study.

Since the implementation of the new professional farmer cultivation project, Benxi City has also successively introduced support policies for new professional farmers, and the implementation of these policies has further enhanced the confidence of new professional farmers to take root in the countryside and make agriculture bigger, and has attracted a large number of outstanding young people to return to their hometowns to start a business, providing talent support for the prosperity and development of agriculture and rural areas.

Tasting the sweetness of talents to help the development of rural construction, Benxi City will continue to adopt the method of attracting scientific and technological experts and talents from inside and outside the region to the countryside this year, and activate a pool of spring water for the revitalization of rural science and technology by dispatching scientific and technological commissioners and inviting famous agricultural experts and professors from outside the region to xixi, and cultivating more "soil experts" and "Tian Xiucai" for Benxi's primary industry.
