Unfortunately, there was no such advanced aircraft fuel storage tank at that time, which could not hover in the air for a long time, and the environment there was very strange, the radar system also failed, and finally there was an air crash, and all the personnel did not survive.
What about this particular environment? It's impossible not to send someone to see it, right? Therefore, because the situation was very critical at that time, Sai Fuding, as a member of the Xinjiang delegation among the young people, came to Beijing with others to see the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China at that time.
In order to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past, Saifuding and his delegation flew to Chita City in russia's Baikal region, then transferred from Chita City to Manchuria on the Chinese border, and finally successfully arrived in Beijing on September 15, 1949, without encountering any danger.

At 2 p.m. on October 1, the central leaders held a meeting in the Qinzheng Hall in Beijing to determine their respective inaugurations, and the 300,000 soldiers and civilians in Beijing who participated in the founding ceremony at that time also gathered in Tiananmen Square for a long time, and countless villagers and fathers and elders looked forward to the arrival of a historic moment.
