On January 18, the second plenary session of the Fifth Session of the 13th Provincial People's Congress was held, and Tian Liwen, president of the Provincial High People's Court, made a report on the work of the Provincial High People's Court to the conference.

Vigorously carrying forward the spirit of heroic models, Judge Zhou Chunmei strictly abided by the "three regulations", refused to interfere with human feelings, guarded fairness and justice with his life, and was named "2021 Rule of Law Figure" and "National Model Judge", becoming a model for the study of political and legal cadres and police throughout the country. Carry out special rectification such as violating the "Three Provisions", violating the "temporary period of leave reduction", prominent problems in the field of enforcement, and work style discipline in court trial and litigation service windows. There is no trivial matter in the people's livelihood, and the courts throughout the province have carried out the practical activity of "I do practical things for the masses" with heart and soul, strictly implemented the case filing and registration system, effectively solved the stubborn disease of "difficulty in filing a case", and never let the people "have no way to ask for advice". In areas with frequent contradictions, 1518 litigation source governance workstations have been set up, and 338,000 disputes have been mediated before litigation, and the rate of 10,000 lawsuits in our province is the lowest in the country. 172,000 cases were filed online, 136,000 were mediated online, 14,000 trials were held online, and the online handling rate of preservation reached 85.8%, making fairness and justice "within reach".
