Recently, according to the Tianyancha APP, Nezha Automobile Affiliated Company Hezhong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., has begun to apply for the registration of a number of trademarks related to the meta-universe, such as "Nezha Meta-Universe", "United Meta-Universe", "Which Iron Universe" and so on. The international classification involves advertising sales, scientific instruments, means of transport, etc., and the current trademark status is in the application.
In fact, not only Nezha Automobile, as of now, many car companies have applied for the trademark of Meta-Universe. For example, Xiaopeng Automobile, Ideal Automobile, Weilai Automobile, etc., which are also new car-making forces, even the traditional car company SAIC Motor Group is also among them.

CATL enters the power exchange market and will launch the power exchange brand EVOGO
Recently, according to official sources, CATL will launch its own power exchange brand EVOGO and officially enter the power exchange market.
In fact, in the recent past, the Ningde era has made frequent moves in the field of power exchange. On August 20, 2021, CATL established a subsidiary of TIMES Electrical Service in Xiamen, Fujian Province, as the main bearer of the power exchange business; on December 20, CATL established Times Electrical Service (Liaoyuan) Co., Ltd. in Jilin Province; on December 24, CATL signed an agreement with the Guizhou Provincial Government to cooperate in the construction of a power exchange network.
At present, compared with the ownership of electric vehicles, the replacement power stations in various regions of China can be said to be very scarce, and there are many deficiencies. For example, the cost of substation construction has increased sharply, equipment reliability and battery consistency are not easy to guarantee, technical standards are not uniform, it is not easy to integrate and coordinate the interests of all parties, and so on.
As the Ningde era, which has an absolute dominant position in the battery industry, entering the power exchange market is conducive to the future development of the entire market. For some car companies, they can also use the business of the Ningde era to reduce their own manufacturing costs and simplify the manufacturing process.

Canon is entering the automotive industry and will develop cameras for autonomous driving

Recently, Canon announced the use of optical lens technology to manufacture automotive cameras for automotive autonomous driving systems. Up to now, Canon has signed a memorandum of understanding with open source autonomous driving company Tier IV, and the two have officially announced that they have become strategic partners, and Canon will produce special in-vehicle cameras for the company.
Tier IV, a member of Hon Hai Group's MIH Electric Vehicle Alliance, is a well-established autonomous driving R&D company that has received a strategic investment of up to $9 million as early as 2019 and plans to launch an L4-level autonomous driving system this year.
In addition, in addition to the development of cameras for autonomous driving, it is reported that Canon may also devote itself to the development of a driving monitoring system (DMS), which can use cameras to monitor driver behavior in real time and realize various auxiliary driving functions such as fatigue driving reminders.
