According to the provisions of the Employment Contract Law, if the average monthly wage of an employee is 3 times higher than the average wage of the local society, the upper limit is calculated by 3 times the amount, and the maximum period of working age is 12 years, but canon Zhuhai does not set this upper limit in this preferential treatment plan.
