Therefore, it was decided to improve and upgrade the existing policy as follows:

1. Provide resettlement subsidies for students with social service experience of less than 3 years to help young students reduce the pressure of life. The standard is 2000 yuan / month in the north, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou, and 1500 yuan / month in other cities, and is paid with salary until the social work experience of the classmates has reached 3 years.

2, in response to the national policy, before the age of 3, parents can enjoy full-pay parental leave of 10 working days in each calendar year. IT Home learned that Alibaba also issued an internal letter earlier this month, announcing Alibaba's new round of organizational structure and personnel adjustments.

Judging from the internal letter, the adjustment mainly focuses on the retail business level, and the newly established "China Digital Business" and "Overseas Digital Business" two major sections cover almost all of Alibaba's retail business.

It is reported that this adjustment directly breaks the To C and To B business lines divided based on business segments in the past.
