Since 2019, the Wucheng County Vocational Secondary School system has designed a micro-certificate model, with 3 days as a module, and the training courses have been organically decomposed through modular teaching. After completing a module training, the trainees will be assessed, and after passing the assessment, the module training certificate will be issued on site. After completing all the module assessments, the corresponding qualification certificate will be examined. It has formed a "nine-step and three-level" progressive training mechanism of hierarchical setting, level-by-level examination, comprehensive certificate renewal, and level-by-level achievement.
"After more than four years of operation, the number of trainees has increased year by year, and the quality of training and service level have reached a new level. Since 2024, the school has carried out many training activities, and a total of 1,000 people have been organized to take qualification certificate examinations such as lathes, Chinese pastry chefs, and baby nurses, and the enthusiasm of rural revitalization talents has been greatly improved.
