According to the "Notice of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province and the Department of Finance of Guangdong Province on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for Vocational Skills Training Subsidies in Guangdong Province" (Yue Ren She Gui [2023] No. 13), before the implementation of the document on August 15, 2023, the corresponding certificates have been obtained in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province and the Department of Finance of Guangdong Province on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for the Application of Vocational Skills Improvement Subsidies for the Labor Force in Guangdong Province" (Yue Ren She Gui [2019] No. 18). It is necessary to apply for relevant subsidies in accordance with the provisions of Document No. 18 and complete the relevant business before May 31, 2024.
Applicants for vocational skill upgrading subsidies who hold skilled vocational qualification certificates, vocational skill level certificates, and special vocational ability certificates (hereinafter referred to as "old certificates") issued by Guangdong Province before August 15, 2023 should submit an application before May 20, 2024.
How to apply and precautions
1. Applicants for household registration in Yuexiu District need to upload the first page of the Yuexiu District household registration book and the page of themselves, and fill in the household registration address consistent with the address on the first page of the household registration booklet, and fill in the household registration address for the address of the residence permit.
2. Applicants with Yuexiu District Residence Permit must upload their Yuexiu District Residence Permit (including electronic license) and fill in the address of the Residence Permit. (This is only available for old certificates)
