How to practice words effectively for middle school students
Practicing words, this is a word that often appears in the mouth of language teachers, but how to practice specifically? What kind of words do you practice? - That's a problem.
The first thing we want to make clear is that we are talking about "practicing calligraphy", not "learning calligraphy". What's the difference between the two? I think that practicing writing is to write each word correctly, with a comfortable structure and good looks. This is what each of our Chinese should do. "You don't have to be a calligrapher, but you have to write every word." "Learning calligraphy" is an artistic pursuit, to pursue the harmony of works, to deal with the relationship between words and words, etc., that is a more profound problem. At present, there are three main types of hard pen posters that are popular on the market: red drawing, groove, and "control pen". The first two are very old and common many years ago; pen-control writing seems to be a new thing, and recently it has quickly become a rising star through short video platforms. Many parents are in a hurry to go to the doctor, afraid that they have already arranged for their children. These posters cannot be said to be completely useless, but obviously for a teenager who has been able to write, his deep-rooted writing habits rely on what grooves and "pen control" posts to correct, and the effect is limited.
The only really useful method is copying, that is, doing imitation practice compared to the excellent models of predecessors. This is the most stable road, the so-called "disciple with the ancients", calligraphers from all over the world have come out of this road. The post should be done with both hands and the heart. Try to restore the glyphs in the posters you see with your own hands, and at the same time use your brain, remember the glyphs, and constantly improve. First of all, please choose a copy of the poster (naturally not the above three), it is recommended to choose the works of Xiao Kai and Xing Kai of the famous calligraphers of the past, the more common ones are: "Ling fei jing", Zhao Mengfu Xiaokai "Tao Te Ching", Zhao Mengfu Xiaokai "Ji Di Zhuan", Wen Zhengming Xiaokai "Thousand Character Text", "Return to Xi Ci", etc., and the works of Shen Yinmo, who are close to him, can also be used as an introductory choice.

The most obvious difference: both words have a long horizontal in the upper part, and the whole word is fully stretched for this long horizontal, and the rest of the parts are converged, which we did not write. When you are writing, you must repeatedly ponder and write, and slowly adjust and optimize your glyphs at this key point.
If you are meticulous enough, you can see more, for example: this long horizontal has a certain angle of inclination (the tilt of Chinese characters is generally left low right high), and in order to match this tilt, the rest of the components are slightly deflected to the right to support it, so that the whole word can be corrected in danger, not skewed.
In the traditional process of calligraphy learning, this is a requirement for reading posts and supplementing posts. Generally, when reading posts, it is necessary to study the three aspects of the penmanship, structure and chapter method of the legal posters. Hard pen practice can temporarily focus on the structure of a point, after the ability is basically up to standard, and then pursue the penmanship, chapters, that is the icing on the cake.
Practicing words requires improving aesthetic literacy
What can be improved by copying is the technology, which slowly makes people become a skilled writer. When we say that a person writes well, we are saying that the probability of writing a good word exceeds that of ordinary people.
However, Su Dongpo also said that "retreating from writing is like a mountain that is not enough treasures, reading ten thousand volumes begins to understand the gods", which is what we often say "work is outside the word". If you want to go to the next level, you have to read more books. Dongpo reminds us that calligraphy is not a narrow category of fragmentation, it reflects the overall aesthetic quality of people. This sounds very mysterious, and we can talk about something real (utilitarian).
To directly enhance the beauty of words, you can just talk about words, first "send charcoal in the snow", and then add icing on the cake.
Yan Zhenqing, Ouyang Qing, Liu Gongquan, Zhao Mengfu, Mi Fu, Su Shi, Huang Tingjian... These calligraphers are not only calligraphers, their more important identity is that they are scholars, and they are readers. We don't have the opportunity to read enough books for the time being, and we have a high enough artistic attainment, but their calligraphy works can at least form an indirect cultural upbringing for kaoru practitioners.
Therefore, daily calligraphy immersion is a necessary auxiliary. If we want to raise our words to another level, we should read the posts like reading, read as many posts as possible, even if we don't have time to write, we can also pass a glance in the fragment time. On the desk, at the head of the bed, in the bag, you can put a post and read it at any time.
Technology is the stable muscle memory formed in the process of writing, while the aesthetic immersion of "well-informed" is to generate, create, and then deal with complex writing situations (such as how to write words that have not been learned?). ) basis.
Finally, if you want to improve your writing level during the winter vacation, you can try to combine the above methods and make your own word practice plan. For example:
