Specifically, there are four main points in the power exchange mode of the Ningde era:
First, the battery is one of the cores of the power exchange mode, and whether the Ningde era will introduce standardized and unified batteries is a major focus of attention from the outside world before.
At this press conference, CATL developed a mass-produced battery "chocolate power exchange block" for shared power exchange. The weight energy density of a single battery exceeds 160Wh/kg, and the volume energy density exceeds 325Wh/L, which can improve the endurance of about 200km; and can be adapted to 80% of the pure electric platform developed models that have been listed in the world and will be listed in the next three years.
It is worth mentioning that the catheter era has launched a power exchange mode to give users a certain active choice. When changing electricity, consumers can arbitrarily choose to assemble 1-3 power exchange blocks according to their own mileage needs. For example, you only need to rent one power block for daily intra-city commuting. For long-distance travel, you can choose between two or three blocks.
The second is the substation. Ningde times express station has four characteristics: small area, fast circulation, large capacity and full climate. Each standard station only needs three parking spaces, and it takes about 1 minute for a single block to change electricity, and 48 power exchange blocks can be stored in the station. At the same time, the substation can also be provided with versions adapted to the climatic and environmental conditions of different regions.
The third is the APP, through which consumers can choose the power exchange service. The company said it will launch more APP functions in the future. At present, the "Times Service" APP can be searched and downloaded in the Apple App Store.
Fourth, the adaptation of the model is another major focus of the outside world's attention before. This conference only revealed one of EVOGO's cooperative power exchange models- FAW Besturn NAT combination power exchange version.
Chen Weifeng revealed that the "chocolate exchange block" is suitable for passenger cars and logistics vehicles from A00 class to B class and C class. The substation can be adapted to various brands using "chocolate power exchange blocks". In the future, EVOGO will release more brands of power exchange models, and plans to select the first ten cities to start the power exchange service.
At present, the mainland has introduced a series of encouragement and support policies for the power exchange industry, and the power exchange model has been supported in the policy aspect. With the entry of "Ning Wang", it is expected that the short term will further promote the development of the power exchange mode.
The market previously believed that the cost of power replacement was high, the standards were not uniform, and the business model was difficult to promote. However, to some extent, today's "chocolate replacement block" in the Ningde era solves the pain point of "non-uniform standards".
CICC also pointed out that the increase in power exchange participants may bring new business models, and the final energy replenishment method is expected to form a rechargeable, replaceable, fast charging, and ultra-fast charging model.
