Domestic GRANVIA is most likely a new product codenamed 018D, and there was news that the car was "Wildland", referring to the overseas GRANVIA, its size competition is even larger. The bZ4X can be regarded as a pure electric version of the RAV4, and the starting price is expected to exceed 200,000 yuan. In addition, FAW Toyota will also introduce the new Crown sedan in the form of original imports.
Domestic flagship MPV - GRANVIA
According to internal information, FAW Toyota 018D will start trial production in September 2022, followed by the official production in December 2022, compared with GAC Toyota Syna, the launch time of the car is about a year later. However, around September last year, some FAW Toyota dealers said that the MPV can already be booked, and the car will not be increased for the time being, which may be the early listing of Xena (originally planned to be in the first half of this year, advanced to the fourth quarter of last year) disrupted the rhythm of FAW Toyota's product planning, and the 018D will be mass-produced in advance.
"GRANVIA" is an MPV model launched by Toyota in overseas markets, and is derived from HIACE, and is also positioned as a medium and large MPV with SIENNA (Domestic Xena). At present, the relevant information of domestic production has not been exposed, if the shape is also introduced in the original version, and the follow-up does not carry out magic changes, it will show a different style with the more homely Sai Na, and the type is similar to the ceiling level of Alpha /Wilfa, and the commercial attribute will be stronger.
bZ4X
Toyota Motor released the pure electric bZ series at the Shanghai Auto Show last year, and the two domestic joint ventures will be put into production separately. In the previous internal plan, 031D has been in the form of RAV4 pure electric version, and RAV4 and bZ4X concept size is similar, which also means that the pure electric version of RAV4 will not be named in the way of car name + E jinqing like Yize, but will be directly renamed bZ4X, and the starting price is expected to exceed 200,000 yuan. Referring to the previous EIA of FAW Toyota Tianjin Plant, the bZ4X will be divided into two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions, with a maximum power of 150kW and 80kW/80kW, respectively, and the overall power is closer to the Volkswagen ID.4 series.
