Yiyang Municipal People's Government won the organization award of this art festival, and 8 art (group literature) works, 1 unit, 12 literary and art workers, and 1 cultural project in the city were commended, and the overall award situation ranked first in the province.

The Hunan Arts Festival is held every three years. The theme of this time is "The Grand Event of Art, the People's Festival", which aims to focus on displaying the latest achievements in the development of the province's cultural and artistic undertakings, better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people, and promote the construction of a culturally strong province. For the first time, the main venue of this year's art festival was set up in Yiyang.
