At this festival, the large-scale modern Qi opera "Lotus Drizzle" selected by Hengyang won the Tian Han New Repertoire Award, the traditional Qi opera "Golden Gong" won the Excellent Rehearsal Exhibition Repertoire, and the musical "Ruolan" won the Tian Han Small Repertoire Award.
Created by Cao Xiancheng, a famous provincial playwright and winner of the 23rd Cao Yu Script Literature Award, the large-scale modern Qi opera "Lotus Drizzle" tells the story of several young people with dreams and the inspirational story of rural revitalization, using positive energy expression techniques to praise the new image of the new countryside and new farmers. The play is created by the Hengyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television sports, integrating the high-quality resources of Hengyang Qi Opera Art Co., Ltd., Hengyang Hengzhou Flower Drum Opera Art Co., Ltd., Hengyang Song and Dance Troupe Art Co., Ltd., and Hengyang Xiangju Art Co., Ltd., and the roles in the play are all played by outstanding young actors in Hengyang City. The traditional Qi opera "Golden Gong" was created by Qidong County Qi Opera Art Co., Ltd. The drama is based on the comprehensive adaptation of the traditional Qi opera repertoire "Selling Golden Gong" and "Bao Gong Sitting in Prison", with Li Feizhou and Hu Northwest of the Hengyang Municipal Art Research Institute as the screenwriters, and the national first-class director Tong Xiaoyang as the general director. At this festival, the play won the outstanding rehearsal exhibition performance, and the outstanding young actors of the troupe, Zhou Jingxiu and Yan Kai, won the Tian Han Performance Award.
