On the evening of January 12, the 7th Hunan Arts Festival closed in Changsha.
According to the expert review and the approval of the organizing committee, the awards of this year's art festival were finally announced. In the professional stage art section, 10 plays of Xiang opera "The Road of Loyalty", drama "Top of the Mountain", Flower Drum Opera "Confucius", Peking Opera "Xiang Police Yu", Flower Drum Drama "Xu Teli", National Dance Drama "Blood As a Song", Flower Drum Drama "People On the Other Side of the Mountain", Han Opera "My Mother is a Piece Key", Qi Opera "Seed Ark", National Opera "Half Red Army Quilt" 10 plays won the Tian Han Grand Prize; 14 operas such as Kun Opera "Half a Quilt" and Flower Drum Drama "Liuyang Li Bai" won the Tian Han New Repertoire Award; Xiang Opera "Overnight Stay in Pear Mountain", Flower Drum Opera "Big Sister" and other 14 plays won the Tian Han New Repertoire Award. And 15 other small plays won the Tian Han Small Repertoire Award. A series of awards such as the Tian Han Award, the Sanxiang Stars Award, the Excellent Photography Award, and the Qi Baishi Art Award were also announced.
With the aim of "a grand event of art and a festival of the people", this year's Hunan Arts Festival exhibited a total of 29 newly created large-scale stage plays, 25 newly created small opera works, 12 rearrangements of traditional classical opera repertoire, and 13 mass cultural activities; exhibited 272 works of fine art calligraphy and 120 groups of photographic works, enriching the people's literary and artistic life and having a wide impact on the whole province.
