"Blood Grievance" tells the story of the gambler Wu Chengdao, who killed his brother-in-law Liu Qingchang in order to seek wealth, and colluded with the government to frame Liu Qingchang's wife Han Suniang for killing her husband for adultery. Wu's wife Liu Cui'e visited Han Suniang in prison, and when she first learned that the case was suspicious, she went home to interrogate Wu Chengdao, until her crime was exposed. However, the hall of redress was not reached, Han Suniang was beheaded with injustice, Liu Cui'e died of guilt, and finally the murderer fufa, leaving a touching story of blood injustice.

"Blood Wrong" has not been on stage for decades. In order to effectively inherit the excellent traditional repertoire, the Party Committee of the Academy decided to start the re-arrangement of the repertoire in early March. Adhering to the principle of respecting tradition and "strengthening bones", the remake is processed through a group of old versions and two new versions (starring Dasha and Ren Hao; Fu Qianfen, Wu Zhenzhen, Xiong Wei) to process the text, music, stage, performance and other aspects of the repertoire.
