He lowered his head and said shamefully: Teacher, at the age of 90, you still don't forget the motherland, and I am in my prime, but I have not done anything, Ma Xiangbo said: As long as you contribute to the country, what age is it? Even if I only have one breath left, I have to do something for the country, because I am Chinese.
The students listened to this and were greatly admired, and decided to accept his painting at a high price, but Ma Xiangbo did not allow it, still a word only sold for ten yuan, the students worked hard for a long time, but Ma Xiangbo was unwilling, the students could only give up, when bidding farewell to Ma Xiangbo, the students once left 200 yuan for Ma Xiangbo, and Ma Xiangbo waved his hand, resolutely refusing to accept, if you want to donate, donate to the soldiers on the front line, this is Ma Xiangbo's original words.
In his later years, Ma Xiangbo went to Vietnam with his family, and later he was raised in Vietnam, but he was still very concerned about the news of the motherland, and on November 4, 1939, the 100-year-old Ma Xiangbo died with infinite regrets.
