raw materials:

1. Broth (bone broth or chicken broth after a long period of slow simmering)

2. Salt: a quarter of a small tablespoon

3. White pepper: a quarter of a small tablespoon

4. Sesame oil: a quarter of a small tablespoon

5. Minced ginger: 2g (1 small slice of ginger washed and chopped into minced pieces)

6. Chopped green onion: 10g

7. Peppercorns: One quarter small tablespoon

8. Shaoxing wine: one-eighth small tablespoon

9. Minced pork: 200g

10. Wonton skin: small, prepare the number of sheets according to the amount of personal food

11. Soy sauce: 20ml

12. Chili pepper or paprika: put it appropriately according to personal taste

steps:

1. Add salt, white pepper, sesame oil, minced ginger, Shaoxing wine to the broth in turn, and then stir well.

2. Take out the prepared minced pork, add the minced pork in three times, and add the broth once and stir once, in order to better integrate the broth ingredients and minced pork.

3. Take out the wonton skin and wrap the minced pork. (Detailed tutorial in my video)

4. Add chopped green onion, peppercorns and soy sauce to a small bowl, stir well and set aside.

5. Bring the oil to a boil, add chili pepper or paprika, bring to a boil, then pour into a small bowl with chopped green onion, peppercorn powder, and soy sauce.

6. Bring the broth to a boil, put in the scribe wrapped pork, cook until mature, then fish out the scribe and pour the red oil on it.

7. Broth can be drunk as soup.
