In the past 2021, the sales of new energy vehicles have exploded, and it is considered by the industry to be the "first year of the outbreak of new energy vehicles". As more and more car owners drive new energy vehicles, it is difficult for the community to install private charging piles, holiday charging platoons, there are safety hazards in the owner's private pull-line charging, and the charging space is encroached upon by fuel vehicles. At the fifth meeting of the 13th CPPCC Municipal Committee, Yuan Yuan, a member of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee, brought a proposal to make suggestions on the standardized construction, use and management of new energy vehicle charging facilities.

Mr. Zhang, a citizen, bought a new energy vehicle last year, but a private charging pile given with the car could not find a foothold. "My family, my parents' home and my father-in-law's house each have a fixed parking space for a long time, but the properties in the three communities refuse to stamp the consent form for installation on the grounds that the underground garage currently uses temporary electricity, the installation of charging piles in above-ground parking spaces has safety hazards, and does not have wiring conditions." Mr. Zhang sighed helplessly.
Cases like Mr. Zhang's are not unique. Recently, Shen Hui, founder, chairman and CEO of WM Motors, also "complained" through social media, saying that in 2021, WM delivered more than 40,000 cars, but nearly half of the charging piles that came with the car could not be sent.
At present, the difficulties of car owners in installing private charging piles, in addition to the lack of power supply conditions in the area where they need to be transformed, often do not get the support of property companies. Many property companies hold the mentality of "more is better than less", and there is no enthusiasm for installing charging piles. In this regard, Yuan Yuan suggested that it is hoped that the government will strengthen the guidance of the power sector and the property owner, provide necessary support for the power access of the new charging pile, and take measures to enhance the enthusiasm of the property and relevant departments.
Yuan Yuan also proposed that it is necessary to comprehensively consider the specific conditions of the community, public buildings, and special parking lots, and clarify the responsibilities of the construction, management, maintenance, and use of public charging piles. Actively guide the charging facilities in the parking lot of the government compound to open to the public at different times, and at the same time, encourage the exploration of multi-channel supply such as time-sharing of private charging piles.
In view of the problems that are more common at present, such as not leaving the charging parking space in time at the end of charging and causing other vehicles to be unable to charge due to the occupancy of the fuel vehicle, Yuan Yuan suggested that administrative punishment measures can be introduced to deal with it to improve the efficiency of existing facilities. In addition, it is necessary to guide the public to standardize parking, love and correctly use public charging piles, stop or report the acts of damaging and damaged charging facilities and equipment to the relevant departments, and coordinate the relevant departments to allocate reasonable resources in a timely manner to increase the proportion of reserved power capacity of charging facilities.
