From the perspective of car owners, the installation of charging piles in rental parking spaces and civil air defense parking spaces is more likely to be rejected by the property. Rent a parking space to install charging piles, what should I do if I don't rent it in the future? A new energy vehicle owner in the Hongdou Garden Community was refused to be stamped by the property on this ground.

To install charging piles in civil air defense parking spaces, the property usually requires written consent from civil air defense and even fire protection departments. "In fact, at present, there is no such approval matter within the scope of the responsibilities of the government department, and it is impossible to issue written consent materials." Mei Hongge said. "At a deeper level, although the owner promised to take responsibility for the follow-up problems of the charging pile, once there was a problem, other owners still looked for a property." Xu Dan, the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, believes that the responsibilities of all parties in the current installation and use of charging piles are still difficult to clarify.

In any case, the demand for charging piles in the community is growing rapidly. At this stage, new energy vehicle owners may need more communication patience. The experience of the owner, Mr. Chen, is quite typical: "I was the first owner of the second phase of Magnolia Garden to install charging piles, and the property was not familiar with the situation at that time, saying that my parking space was rented and refused to stamp it." After the owner of the Hongdou Garden Community mentioned above was refused to rent a parking space, the charging pile was finally successfully installed after coordination. Some car owners even solve installation problems by dialing the 12345 hotline to coordinate. "But overall, the 'acquired resistance' has been much smaller than in the previous two years."
