Local transportation authorities should, through a variety of ways, publish a list of automobile maintenance management software or mobile phone app that meet the requirements of the national network and data security management regulations and the construction of electronic health record systems, so as to facilitate the independent choice and use of automobile maintenance operators and improve the convenience and standardization of data filling. The operating units of the provincial electronic health record system should actively open service functions such as automatic reminders of data specific values in combination with local realities, so as to facilitate data verification and verification. For acts such as data fraud and leakage, it is necessary to promptly supervise and urge relevant automobile maintenance operators to rectify them.

In addition, the operating units of the electronic health record system at all levels should further highlight the public welfare service attributes of automobile maintenance data, provide vehicle maintenance information inquiry services to vehicle owners free of charge under the premise of ensuring safety in accordance with laws and regulations, provide corresponding information inquiry services to transportation, commerce, ecological environment, market supervision and other departments to perform regulatory duties free of charge, and provide consumers with basic information and quality and reputation information inquiry services that do not involve personal privacy and trade secrets. All provincial-level transportation authorities should promote the public service, data collection and other functions of the provincial-level electronic health record system, and achieve docking with the ministerial-level electronic health record system by the end of June 2022, and disclose to the public the relevant aggregation and analysis reports of automobile maintenance and operation data in the province.
