Life events, eating and drinking two words: my college classmate old cattle

author:Small-town youth A-San

Eating and drinking is a science, it is not just a matter of eating a full meal.

I didn't pay much attention to eating and drinking until I ran into my college classmate Lao Niu.

The old cow, about my age, was medium-sized, thin, with a pair of glasses on the bridge of his nose, and looked very bookish. His hometown is Henan, and when you talk to him, you don't feel that he is from Henan. Old Cow this person usually likes to read books, listen to music, watch movies, but also like to play Three Kingdoms Killing, and I walk very close.

We usually eat and drink together, every time we eat, he will always say that this dish has too much salt, that the dish is too greasy, the meat is not tender enough, or the fried lotus white can not be fried like this. I'm a hungry person, so I'm rarely picky about what to eat, and he's so picky that I think he's too picky about eating, but I don't care if he's so picky or maybe a foodie.

Once when I went out to eat, after the dish was finished, the waiter brought a bowl of soup. I scooped up half a bowl, drank it all in one gulp, and sighed and said it was delicious. The old cow slowly scooped half a bowl, first looked at the soup and said that the color was good, smelled it again, then took a small sip, then drank a large mouthful, and then said that the soup was so fresh while reminiscing. I scooped a little more, slowly and normally, and sure enough, I tasted a taste that I had never tasted before, a very fresh feeling.

It was then that I discovered my contempt and my previous misconceptions about him. Thinking of his unique insights when discussing movies and music with us, where he is a picky person, he can be said to be a gourmet, a person who really understands life.

After this experience, it also opened the door to a new world for me, that door to the world of food, sometimes people who eat food, but also people who can make food, and I chose this.

When I graduated, he gave me a pair of stereos, which he usually listens to music, and I still keep it to this day.
