Tang Sieve
According to the time, it can be divided into early Tang sieve and middle Tang sieve.
Early Tang is generally examined at 11-13 weeks + 6 days of pregnancy, also known as Down's screening stage I.; Zhongtang is examined at 14-20 weeks + 6 days of pregnancy, called Down's screening II.

Sugar sieve
It is usually done at 24-28 weeks' gestation.

Considerations are different
It is best to do Tang screening on an empty stomach to check. After 10 p.m. the night before the test, it is not advisable to eat again, and do not drink water for 8 hours before the test.
