Quanxing Technology: DDR5 memory, 2000 MB/s mobile SSD has been introduced

Huang Shaowa, chairman of Quanxing Technology, said that its DDR5 memory uses Micron's latest 1z nm 16Gb DDR5 particles with a frequency of 4800MHz. The high-speed external SSD PSSD, introduced at the end of this year, has a read and write speed of 2000 MB/s.

IT Home learned that the products currently on sale by Quanxing Technology include DDR4 memory modules, 2.5-inch SSDs, SD memory cards, etc. In the field of Flash memory professional packaging and testing, the company can provide one-stop services such as chip testing, packaging, finished product functional testing, etc.; in the SiP packaging field, Quantian Technology integrates high-density SMT chip and packaging technology, and will provide various types of system-level packaging services, including LGA packaging services for the storage, RF, and audio markets.

Officials said that in 2022, Quanxing Technology will increase investment in research and development, and exert efforts to expand the product line of special packaging technologies such as industrial control, RF packaging, sensor packaging and enterprise-level product areas.
